Karma Claims is an Artificial Intelligence software platform developed by independent technologists. We are NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using this service. Our AI simply structures facts into templates based on publicly available Indian statutory guidelines (e.g., CPA 2019, DGCA CAR, RBI Frameworks). Users act as their own legal counsel (Pro Se) when sending these notices.

2. User Responsibility & Defamation

You agree that all information you provide to the AI is 100% truthful. Generating false claims, forging Order IDs, or using this platform to extort corporations based on fabricated facts violates the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the IT Act, 2000. Karma Claims holds zero liability for the consequences of notices dispatched by users.

3. AI Limitations & Hallucinations

While our Juggernaut Engine cross-references official gazettes, Large Language Models (LLMs) can occasionally hallucinate or misinterpret legal nuances. You are solely responsible for reading, verifying, and approving any legal draft before dispatching it to a corporate entity.

4. Data Privacy (DPDP Act 2023)

We do not sell your personal data. Authentication is handled securely via Supabase. We only store the minimum required metadata (Session IDs, Dispute Summaries) to maintain your case history and improve the AI models.
